About us:

We’re Property Marketplace and we’ve been a Real Estate Resource, Notary Service here in Denver metro area founded in 2015.  We believe in helping clients have the desired outcome with the lowest amount of inconvenience.  The goal is to see every desired home owner become a satisfied home owner, whether it is a first-time homeowner or investor; and to have a perfect signing one notarization client at a time.  

Property Marketplace was started because the owner merely felt led to help others.  After having involvement with buying and selling her own properties, and being a Landlord,  she decided to enhance her knowledge in Real Estate and becoming a Broker Association and loan signing agent because she believes her purpose is to encourage, serve and help clients become a homeowner.  

Property marketplace owner, Tonya McLauchlin finds pride in partnering with Century 21 - one of the best known worldwide companies, for first time buyers and sellers.  

Tonya has provided Notary Public Service since 2009 in North Carolina and Texas. She now holds her Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent Certification for Colorado, North Carolina and Georgia. 

As a Real Estate Broker Associate and Notary Public Professional, she brings an abundance of energy, professionalism, tenacity, dedication, and personal knowledge to work. Providing Real estate and Notary Services is truly her passion. You can be assured that she values your business and will stay on top of all the details of a deal, to provide a smooth transaction.
