A perfect signing goes past the means of every document being fully filled out, every page initialed, and never missing a signature. However, I want you to have more than that. I want you to have extreme professional representation on your behalf, and for your client.
Our mission is to not just have signers sign the dotted line, but to 'guide 'them through the loan documents efficiently and professionally. We are knowledgeable and able to answer questions; and will refer signer to you when appropriate. Your client(s) will be at ease when going through this phase of their signing process.
We understand that you need the loan documents back right away. You will have the documents immediately after the signing appointment, or as soon as you walk into the office the next morning. For your convenience and a little extra bonus for hiring me as your signing agent, packaging documents are included in your pricing at no extra charge. I want you to focus on more important things- like closing that next client.
